Refund Policy

1. Payments and subscriptions

This policy applies to Harmuno monthly and annual subscriptions, one-time credit packs, subscription credits and digital services purchased through our checkout. It explains subscription billing, cancellation, refunds and digital delivery. Your order confirmation identifies your plan, paid term and purchase amount. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not charge real money.

Monthly subscriptions charge and renew each month. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual price upfront and renew each year. The advertised monthly equivalent of an annual plan is not a monthly instalment arrangement. Renewal requires your affirmative consent at checkout. The full charge, currency, applicable taxes, renewal interval and cancellation method are disclosed before payment. Credits are service usage units, not cash, transferable funds or an investment.

2. Subscription refunds

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of an initial subscription charge or a renewal charge. If none of the credits attributable to that paid term have been used, that charge is eligible for a full refund. If some have been used, a proportional refund is available under the formula below. Mandatory statutory rights remain available independently of this voluntary policy.

The proportional refund is the actual amount paid for the term, excluding separately calculated taxes, multiplied by one minus the credits consumed from that term divided by the total credit entitlement for that term. Monthly entitlement is one monthly allowance. Annual entitlement is 12 monthly allowances; future allocations not yet issued count as unused entitlement. Discounts are reflected in the amount actually paid. Promotional credits have no cash refund value. Refunds are rounded to the currency’s smallest unit, cannot exceed the amount paid and include any applicable tax adjustment through the payment provider.

For example, a Creator monthly payment of $14.99 with 1,200 of its 3,000 credits used has a refund of $8.99 before tax adjustments. A Creator annual payment of $143.88 with 1,800 credits used out of the full 36,000-credit annual entitlement has a refund of $136.69 before tax adjustments. The annual allowance is still delivered monthly, not upfront.

An approved voluntary subscription refund ends the refunded term immediately, stops future renewal, removes its remaining credits and cancels any future allocations for that term. Pending tasks must be resolved before final reconciliation so that the same entitlement cannot both be refunded and consumed. After the 14-day voluntary window, cancelling alone does not create a refund for unused credits or the remaining term; statutory remedies and refunds for qualifying defects or non-delivery are unaffected.

3. Renewal, cancellation and credit resets

You can cancel automatic renewal through the Paddle customer portal using the billing link associated with your purchase or receipt. Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid being charged for a new term. Your billing information shows the renewal date and amount. If you cannot access the portal or need help cancelling, email [email protected].

Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not itself request a refund, delete creations or end access immediately. The plan continues until the end of its paid monthly or annual term. An annual subscription continues its monthly credit allocations throughout the remaining paid year even after renewal has been cancelled. No new allocations are issued after the term ends.

Each credit allowance expires at the next monthly anniversary of the subscription start date; unused credits do not roll over. In months without that day, the last day of the month is used, retaining the original anniversary for subsequent months. Your subscription information shows the applicable reset time. Unused credits expire when the paid term ends. Paid-plan changes and any resulting proration are separately disclosed before acceptance.

4. Failed, partial or incorrect delivery

Outside the 14-day subscription-refund policy in section 2, successfully delivered content is generally not refundable solely because of personal artistic preference. This does not limit the subscription refunds described above, remedies for defects, material misdescription, non-delivery or other rights under applicable law. Pending tasks must be resolved or cancelled where possible before calculating refundable unused credits; credits will not be counted twice.

Duplicate payment or incorrect deductionCorrect the balance and refund a confirmed duplicate payment where applicable.
Persistent technical failure or content materially unlike its descriptionContact support for investigation, correction, replacement or an appropriate refund, including any legally required remedy.

5. Digital delivery and processing time

After payment is confirmed, the selected subscription is activated in the Harmuno account associated with your purchase. The first credit allowance arrives on activation and later allowances on the monthly anniversary while the paid term remains active. Annual payments provide 12 monthly allocations, not a year of immediately usable credits. Generated songs and images appear in that account’s Library after processing. Audio and video files are delivered through download controls in the product. No physical items are shipped.

Processing times depend on the request, generation service and current demand. Displayed completion times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Lyric-video export can require browser rendering: keep the tab open and the device awake until it finishes. A browser interruption may require you to start the export again; downloading an already available file again does not use generation credits.

Keep your own downloaded copies of work you want to retain. A subscription does not promise indefinite cloud backup, exclusive copyright or a blanket commercial license. The Terms of Service describe content rights and storage responsibilities.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number, the email associated with the purchase and a short description of your request. Include relevant task identifiers for delivery problems. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. You do not have to use a prescribed form to exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Statutory response and reimbursement deadlines take priority. Paddle is the merchant of record for transactions processed through its checkout. Approved refunds for those transactions are processed through Paddle to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. We notify you of the outcome of your request; if you cannot resolve a payment issue with us, you may also contact Paddle order support at paddle.net or use the payment-support details on your receipt. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears; we do not promise a fixed bank-processing time.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective, unavailable, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or services. The 14-day voluntary subscription-refund policy does not shorten a statutory deadline or remove a remedy available after it expires.

EEA and UK consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying distance purchases. The rules differ for digital content and services. Requesting immediate performance does not by itself remove every withdrawal right. Any lawful loss of withdrawal rights requires the specific conditions, prior express consent and acknowledgment required by the applicable law; a pre-ticked box or acceptance of general terms alone is insufficient.

Where a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies, we will honor the applicable conditions, deadlines and reimbursement rules. These terms do not prevent contacting Paddle or exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.
