1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern Harmuno’s music creation, lyric writing, image generation, voice, editing, storage and export features. “Harmuno”, “we” and “us” refer to the provider of the Harmuno service. “You” means the account holder and, where authorized, the organization they represent.

These terms become binding only when an effective version is presented to you and you validly accept it. Feature-specific notices and the price and plan terms disclosed before a purchase also apply. A Privacy Policy explains data processing; acknowledging it does not constitute consent to every processing activity.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under 18. Accounts must contain accurate information and must not be shared or used to circumvent usage limits.

2. What the service provides

Harmuno uses automated systems and third-party services to help you create and edit music and visual material. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your intended use. Generation time, exact duration, musical quality, spelling and consistency are not guaranteed unless a specific commitment is made in your order.

Review outputs before publishing, distributing or relying on them. An output is not professional advice, evidence of authenticity or proof that a person performed or endorsed a recording. We may identify AI-generated material or require disclosures where law or a distribution platform requires them.

Availability can depend on maintenance, third-party capacity and safety restrictions. We will not remove mandatory remedies for a service that does not match its description or the law. Material adverse changes to a paid service are subject to notice and any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, photographs, recordings, likenesses and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You must have the permissions needed to upload and process them, including copyrights, performer rights, privacy and publicity rights and permission from identifiable people where required.

You grant Harmuno a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform and transmit Inputs only as needed to provide the features you request, operate and secure the service, fulfill legal duties and handle permitted support requests. Relevant service providers may process them for those purposes under the arrangements described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general advertising endorsement.

Do not upload another person’s confidential information or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your creation. You are responsible for the legality of material you publish. If you lack the required rights, use material you created or are licensed to use.

4. Outputs, templates and commercial use

Subject to mandatory law, we do not claim ownership of rights you independently obtain in your generated outputs. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, may not be unique and may include material requiring third-party permission. We do not promise exclusive rights, registration eligibility or freedom from infringement.

A Harmuno purchase does not itself establish that every downstream service, music model, stock asset, font, template or likeness is licensed for commercial exploitation. Commercial use is permitted only to the extent supported by the applicable rights and the specific license disclosed for your purchase or asset. Do not infer an unlimited commercial license from a download button or subscription label.

Harmuno interface designs, software, template layouts and supplied assets remain protected by their applicable licenses. Use a template to create permitted finished work; do not redistribute the underlying template, stock assets or service software as a standalone product.

We need separate permission before using your private Inputs or likeness in public promotional material. Sharing or publication must be an explicit action; downloading a file is not consent to publish it.

5. Voice and likeness features

Custom voice creation is limited to your own adult voice and requires a separate feature notice and affirmative permission before recording, uploading or processing a voice sample. Ordinary account registration is not permission to create a voice model.

Do not clone another person’s voice, impersonate a public figure, mislead listeners about a speaker’s identity, or use voices or likenesses for fraud, harassment or exploitation. Rights to an audio file do not necessarily include permission to create a voice model of its performer.

Voice processing can involve sensitive or biometric information. Feature notices must identify the purpose, recipients, retention and withdrawal or deletion route before collection where applicable. If those requirements cannot be met in your location, the feature must not be offered there. The Privacy Policy describes the current implementation and remaining launch requirements.

6. Acceptable use and safety

  • Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other legal rights; evade safety controls; access other users’ projects; compromise accounts; scrape private data; or overload the service.
  • Do not request, generate, upload, edit, distribute or share sexually explicit, pornographic, adult or NSFW images or videos through Harmuno. This prohibition applies to all such content, including fictional, illustrated, animated, photorealistic and AI-generated material, even when it depicts adults, is consensual or would otherwise be lawful. Do not use prompts, reference photos, covers, scene generation or video features to bypass this rule.
  • Face-swapping, sexual deepfakes, deceptive face manipulation and impersonation are prohibited. Harmuno does not offer AI person-fusion or face-replacement generation.
  • Child sexual exploitation or abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, threats, targeted abuse, fraudulent endorsements and deceptive impersonations are strictly prohibited.
  • Image-generation requests are screened before generation. Requests that are denied or flagged are blocked; if the safety service is unavailable, image generation is temporarily blocked. Do not attempt to evade prompt screening or other safety controls. Report prohibited content or appeal a screening error to [email protected].
  • Do not remove legally required provenance or AI disclosures, or represent generated recordings as authentic evidence of another person’s conduct.
  • Do not submit payment information you are not entitled to use or circumvent billing and usage limits.
  • We may restrict a request or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or address a material breach. Where legally permitted, we will explain material account restrictions and provide an opportunity to challenge an error through the support contact.

7. Purchases, subscriptions and credits

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle Checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are paid upfront and renew yearly. The current membership costs USD 27.90 monthly or USD 214.80 annually (equivalent to USD 17.90 per month), approximately 35.8% less than 12 monthly payments. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and allowances. The checkout shows your applicable currency, tax and renewal terms before you confirm payment. Both billing cycles provide 3,000 credits monthly. A separate USD 4.90 one-time purchase provides 100 credits, valid for 12 months, without automatic renewal. Localized prices and taxes may differ. Sandbox transactions, where explicitly identified, are tests without real charges.

You can upgrade an active subscription to a higher tier while keeping the same billing cycle. Paddle previews the charge for the remaining paid time and the new recurring price before you confirm. Confirmation charges the saved payment method immediately; a failed payment prevents the plan change. Verified payment confirmation tops up the current month by the difference in monthly credit allowances without resetting usage or the monthly expiry. Future monthly allocations use the upgraded tier. No refund is promised by a plan upgrade.

Before charging you, the checkout must disclose the seller, total price and currency, applicable taxes, what is included, credit consumption and any expiry, billing frequency, renewal price and timing, trial conversion terms, and the method for cancellation. Your order confirmation and those clearly disclosed commercial terms form part of your purchase.

A recurring subscription renews only if you separately and affirmatively agree to recurring billing. Acceptance of these general terms alone is not authorization for automatic renewal. You may cancel future renewal through the cancellation method disclosed in your order; it must not impose unreasonable obstacles. Cancellation does not remove statutory refund rights.

Credits are usage units for the specified service, not money, a deposit or an investment. Planned subscription credits are allocated monthly and expire at the next monthly reset without rollover. Annual subscriptions provide 12 monthly allocations rather than a full year of credits upfront. One-time credit packs are separate allowances, expire 12 months after purchase and do not reset monthly. One unpaid account may receive a preview generation: 30 seconds per returned version. Unlocking each full version uses 5 paid credits; existing full recordings remain accessible. Reset dates, expiry, transfer restrictions and usage rules must be disclosed before purchase. We will not introduce undisclosed expiry retroactively. The applicable checkout must explain how failed, cancelled or partially completed tasks affect credits; these terms do not authorize charging for an outcome that was promised but not delivered.

We will notify you of material price or renewal changes before they take effect and obtain new consent where required. Contact support about disputed or unauthorized charges without unnecessary delay. Nothing here restricts lawful chargeback or payment-dispute rights.

8. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

No provision makes all digital purchases automatically non-refundable. Your mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed, unavailable or undelivered services remain intact. Any voluntary refund policy must be disclosed before payment and cannot narrow those rights.

EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for qualifying distance purchases. Whether a purchase is a service or digital content affects the rules. If you expressly request a service to begin during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply when you withdraw. Loss of withdrawal rights for fully performed services or immediately supplied digital content requires the conditions and separate express consents required by applicable law; a pre-ticked box or acceptance of these terms is not sufficient.

Where withdrawal applies, you may send an unambiguous statement identifying your order, purchase date and decision to withdraw to [email protected]. You do not have to use a prescribed form. We will acknowledge and process a valid withdrawal and any reimbursement within the legally required period, using the original payment method unless you validly agree otherwise.

Additional US state, national and local consumer protections, cancellation rules and remedies apply where relevant. Any legally required trial or renewal notices and cancellation channels must be provided in addition to these terms.

9. Storage, deletion and account closure

Export copies of work you wish to retain. Storage and availability limits must be disclosed with the relevant plan. Moving an item to Trash is reversible. Removing it from the interface is not, by itself, confirmation that every media file, backup or third-party copy has been erased.

Closing an account, cancelling a subscription and requesting erasure are different actions. The current request methods and retention status are described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain narrowly limited records where required for legal obligations, security or the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.

If we terminate a paid service without your material breach, we will provide any legally required access, notice, export opportunity and refund for prepaid but undelivered service. Terms that by their nature should survive termination do so only to the extent lawful.

10. Responsibility and legal protections

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and honor rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect outputs, compatibility with every distributor or the commercial success of your work.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer, privacy or data-protection obligations. Nothing in these terms shifts responsibility for our own unlawful conduct onto you.

You remain responsible for your lawful use of the service and your own conduct. These terms do not impose automatic, unlimited consumer indemnities or waive statutory warranties. The allocation and extent of any other liability are governed by applicable law.

11. Complaints, disputes and changes

Contact support with your account or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full payment card details. We will consider complaints in good faith. You may use competent courts, regulators and any dispute-resolution process required by law.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign forum. Consumers keep the mandatory protections and access to courts available in their place of habitual residence.

Material changes will be identified with an updated version and effective date and notified through appropriate channels before taking effect where required. We will obtain renewed agreement when necessary and will not apply changes retroactively to remove accrued consumer rights.

12. Contact and notices

For contractual notices, complaints, withdrawal, refund and privacy requests, email [email protected].
