Each unpaid account can generate one preview request. Listen to 30 seconds of each returned version, then unlock a full version for 5 credits using a membership or one-time purchase. Failed requests can be retried. Existing full recordings remain accessible.
Monthly plans renew and charge each month. Yearly plans charge the full annual price upfront and renew each year. Both provide the same 3,000-credit monthly allowance. Annual plans spread their credits across 12 monthly allocations. Automatic renewal will require your explicit agreement at checkout.
Existing subscriptions keep their original price and allowance. Eligible legacy subscriptions can preview an upgrade to the new membership from account billing. Review Paddle’s prorated charge and new renewal price before confirming. Upgrades keep your current monthly or yearly billing cycle. After payment confirmation, the current month receives the difference in credit allowances, with its original reset date and usage preserved. If payment fails, your original plan remains unchanged.
No. Each allowance is valid until the next monthly anniversary of your subscription. If that date is missing in a shorter month, the last day of that month is used. Unused membership credits expire at the reset; the next allowance is a fresh allocation. Separately purchased one-time credits do not reset monthly and remain valid for 12 months. The reset date and balance will be displayed in account billing.
You can stop renewal from account billing through the Paddle customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the paid monthly or annual term ends. Annual plans continue their monthly credit allocations through that term. Cancellation does not itself request a refund or delete your creations. Contact [email protected] for help.
Each successful song version uses 5 credits; two successful versions use 10. Failed items are not charged. Report defective or materially different results to support.
Our policy allows a refund request within 14 days of an initial subscription payment or renewal. Unused terms qualify for a full refund; partially used terms may receive a proportional refund based on the credits used from that paid term. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current term. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Read the Refund Policy.
Yes. Upload photos you have permission to use and personalize them with the template, filters, and lyric styles. Using a template or adjusting a filter does not use AI image credits; generating or fusing a new image does.
